Each employee confirmed with the organisation is
entitled to a total of 16 leaves (10 earned + 06 casual ) in the calendar year.
The approval of leave is at the sole discretion of the management.

Earned leave NOT utilised can be encashed at the end
of the year but cannot be carried forward for the next year.
·
Any leave taken over and above 16 days in a year, will
automatically be deducted from the salary, even if the leave is approved by the
management.
·
Leave in lieu of working on a holiday (Festivals stated can be taken within the same
month (in case of last working Sunday then leave can be taken within the
fortnight of the next month). The same however is subject to prior intimation
and information & approval by
management.
·
Please note, comp off cannot be combined / clubbed
with another holiday / weekend / any other comp off.
·
Outstation / planned leave to be intimated at least 02
weeks in advance.
·
Please note, you apply leave for Friday and Monday.
Then the weekoffs will be considered as leaves, thus total of 4 leaves will be
deducted from your account instead of 2.
·
Leave not to be taken a day after the event.
·
Medical leave is to be supported with a medical
certificate.
·
Other leave to be intimated at least 48 hrs in
advance, urgent matters can be discussed with the management.
·
Please note, When you resuming the office after your
leaves please make sure you reach office on time
·
Kindly follow decorum of the office, leave applied
through means of whats app will not be considered.
·
Office timings are from 1000hrs – 1830 hrs. 03 late
comings will lead to a deduction of half day leave. Should there be no leave
left, accordingly the salary will be deducted
Office timings for half day- 1st half: 1000hrs
– 1330 hrs & 2nd half: 1330hrs-1830hrs. Please note the timings
and accordingly apply for your half day
